pPAC plasmid backbone for P. aeruginosa
This part is a new standard backbone intended to be used for cloning different types of genes in P. aeruginosa. It is particularly suitable for PAO1 strain, thanks to its chloramphenicol marker of resistance. Indeed PAO1 is resistant to both kanamycin and ampicillin.
